TreadXchange ("TreadX", "we", "us") operates the TreadX marketplace and this website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account details you provide (name, email, phone, business information for shops); listing and transaction data (tire details, photos, prices, offers); location data you choose to share to find nearby listings; and usage data from the app and site.
To operate the marketplace — match buyers and sellers, process subscriptions and payments, surface nearby listings, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
We share data with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, payments) and with the counterparty to a transaction as needed to complete a sale. We may disclose information if required by law.
You can access, update, or delete your account information, and control location sharing in your device settings. Contact us to request deletion of your data.
