By using TreadXchange ("TreadX") you agree to these terms.
TreadX is a neutral platform that connects buyers and sellers of used tires. TreadX is not the seller or buyer in any transaction and does not take title to inventory. Listings, condition, and fitness for use are the responsibility of the seller.
Sellers must describe tires accurately, including tread depth, age (DOT date), and any repairs. Tires below the listable tread threshold may not be sold for road use and are routed to recycling. Inspection occurs at handoff.
Subscriptions and transaction fees are billed via Stripe. For marketplace sales, funds may be held until handoff is confirmed and then released to the seller, less applicable platform fees. Shop subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
You agree not to misrepresent items, circumvent on-platform transactions to avoid fees, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, TreadX is not liable for the condition, safety, or performance of tires transacted between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying items at handoff.
